We really bothered how to cope with and had tried some ways. And we decided to turn that feather dial to the black one, no other ways to restore.
The watch case is WG・White Gold which the customer' father bought at very expensive price, at the famous department store in Tokyo, Japan.
Therefore, he really wanted to save up such one and use it. He accepted our suggestion and we repaired and restored just as the pictured below;
